Who Sent the Private Investigator To Check Us Out??? Where Is Old Snarly?

Gentle Readers,

This message is not really for you.

We are dropping the editorial ‘us’ in parts to make it less confusing. We think Cynthia Oldsnarly may have sent them.

On Friday, a private investigator named Kellie showed up at our Motel. She checked in with no luggage or purse, wearing a short-ish white dress and stylish hair and nails.
She came out of the front desk office and wandered the parkinglot aimlessly for an hour and then went to her room, near mine, when I came out on the balcony to see which room the possible hooker was going to visit.
As it turns she kept obviously spying on me, looking through the open spaces of a luggage rack on a car parked between us.
So, I decided to STARE at her to let her know she was not un-noticed. This prompted her to come over and up the steps to the balcony, where we sat drinking and chatting…about me…all about me…she said she would be gone in the morning and i watched her leave on foot, no luggage or purse, just a copy of Beatdom we gave her to read…

She kept me up talking about myself until 3am. We did not talk adult topics or any such shit…so why do people spy? why do they lie? why do they not be real in 2014????

funny thing is…we hide nothing, as all you kind readers know…and any import given to us is undeserved, since we are morons.

best from the staff!

Final Installment of K2 Khronickles

Fearless Readers, we have come to the end of an era of sorts, a very short era – the era of legal THC.  We missed our chance to get in on the legal LSD up until 1967 and this gave us a chance to try new drugs and see what we could see with the aid of them.  Now, the shelves are empty and we still have seen no legal notice of a final rule in the Federal Register.  The media won, again.

There will be more fake marijuana products coming down the line.  They are already available in some places.  It is sort of like when the US made amphetamine use illegal and spawned the multi-million-untaxed-dollars-a-year ‘meth’ market.  Smith Kline and French could have made a mint with their Dexedrine Spansules or the good old Bi-Phetamine 20s (the original ‘black beauties’) and taxes would have been paid on every purchase, at one level or other, and they could even have been regulated.  Now, every bucktoothed hillbilly from here to Sheboygan and beyond is making ‘fake’ speed in bathtubs, sinks and even in moving vehicles.  No taxes get paid on this stuff and it is a thousand times more dangerous than the real thing, which is given to students in grade school for treatment of ADHD.

Recently, we took some Roxanol brand morphine and noticed that the pills are banana flavored.  This makes them a nice match for the grape flavored dexedrine tablets, called Adderall, which is what the kids in school get.  What a lovely, fruity combination!  What spells ‘gateway’ better than candy-covered, mind-altering drugs?

Not anybody can sell these confectionary compounds.  It costs a lot of money to make grape flavored speed; only big corporations who can pay off the officials we elect are allowed to sell stuff like that.  Imagine the fuss if a parent were to suggest the inherent danger in coating powerful chemicals with Pandora’s powder of sweet, sweet, sugary goodness.  Imagine the outrage over all those young lives lost to swallowing sweets.  It would be even worse than our upcoming diabetes epidemic, scheduled tentatively for 2020…but this ain’t pot so that will never happen.  Just one of life’s little ironies.

Gentle Readers, you may have any opinion you wish as regards these substances. If you are for them or against them, you can find plenty of support online in chatrooms full of people who share your views.  One funny thing about the chatrooms, websites, organizations and other entities that concern themselves with such subjects – there really is no correct answer or proper view.  There is always a question-mark hanging over all participants and nobody logs off with a real, concrete answer…more often, a feeling of anxiety lingers.

Many find this lack of answers to be quite frustrating.  Most frustrated are the majority of us, who are lied to, manipulated, bought, sold and shoveled shit to, by the media.  Less frustrated are the so-called power brokers who create and develope the standards by which we are ruled. Ruled.  That is the status of the K2 law…pre-rule.  The rule never made it to print in the Federal Register so it is technically still legal, if you do your own homework and use documents provided by the government.  Ask anybody and they will tell you it is illegal, however, because they saw it on the news or on the web.  If it is on one of those places, it has to be true…no?

You can’t fool all of the people all of the time…how many times have we heard that?  It doesn’t matter, just so long as you fool most of them.  As long as the majority is confused, people foolish enough to waste time spewing the honest truth can say all they want; they have been diffused.  They can tell the truth all they want and the bad guys will still fuck us all over.  People do have memories, though.  Honesty always prevails, eventually, but much suffering has occurred throughout history while waiting for honesty to prevail.  It takes time.

We have reached a tipping point, in many ways.  The world’s foremost scientists say we have passed the tipping point, in terms of saving the planet from we humans.  Whales are getting sunburns because the ozone is so thin, which is documented fact, while our leaders tell us they still have no concrete evidence that global warming exists.  This is why we should not follow leaders.

We feel bad for those Dear Readers who have children that will have to face the rapidly deteriorating quality of life in the Western World.  The Eastern World will probably just be getting the final touches of their infrastructures in place when the big shoe finally falls.  You can develop India and Bangla Desh all you want but they will still be underwater, with most of Florida,  if ocean levels rise two more inches.  It is just a matter of so much more melted snow and the polar bears are running out of room already.

Then there will be mass migrations to the USA and there will be even less to go around.  American Dream – yes, that is what it is.  There is no future here unless things take a drastic and dramatic turn.  As complacent as society has become, all the drama has moved to Congress, a place where level heads lose to cheap dramatics.

So, with so many things sucking so badly, we close the folder on the K2 Khronikles in order to focus on other, more pertinent issues.  We will report any new laws or findings or anecdotal information we come across, as regards K2, Spice, Mr. NiceGuy, Black Mambo and the others, of course.  The subject has not fallen completely off our radar.

We shall return and we shall still be Celebrating 50 Years of Substance Abuse but we will take the forum in a slightly different direction, as you, Gentle Friends and Fiendish Foes, will see.

State of the Nation…Will His Nibs Continue to Screw American Oil Companies?

     Gentle Readers,

Last night, we watched the Asian news, which is really today’s news, broadcast twelve hours ahead of time. This type of news from Asia is of the financial nature and deals with what is happening with the world markets at that hour, like CNBC and Bloomberg Business news do during the day in America.

We could not help but notice how so many foreign nations are having record-breaking outputs of crude oil in recent months. The statistics are staggering. We all should be staggered, since the Gladhander-In-Chief will not allow America to make any money on oil. This in the middle of a so called, media-driven economic crisis.

Why does America buy oil from other countries when we have oil companies right here that are all bollocksed up in the barbedwire of the Obama Doctrine. We have oil. We could make money and charge taxes and put people to work and help the economy, sort of like we could with marijuana. In fact, it is ironic that the pot advocates often note how oil can be made from the marijuana plant, which is why the big oil companies pay your elected officials to vote against legalizing it.

Doesn’t anybody in government want their own country to start making profits on something?

Your Humble Narrator does not have much more to say on the subject now but it is something we hope to comment on tomorrow. In the meantime, we are wondering if he is going to use his patented ‘black preacher’s voice’ tonight, as he often does in emotional situations. I think that voice is very manipulative and am amazed he does not have comedians doing stand-up about it…but that would sound racist.

Let’s see how bad we get screwed again tonight. The show never ends!

In the Poetry Corner With the Metal Machines

     Brilliant Readers,

We were happily surprised that our last blog from the Beat CookieJar went over so well! We had been trying to think of new subjects, like K2, which would cause a stir but were happy to see that a bit of poetry gets more readers than a rant about our less-than-stellar form of government. The last poem got more views than anything we posted since the one about Obama getting the shotgun blast to the face.

You may wonder what iambic pentameter is doing in the Beat jar but Allen Ginsberg told me I had a gift for the rhyme and that a lot of my poems would make very good song lyrics. It is on record in the Ginsberg Archives, if you care to see. Ginsberg, himself, had taken an interest in songwriting and rhyming meters at the time, which was during the heady ‘Punk’ days of the mid-1970s.

All of my poems are open to interpretation since I will never explain them, so take it as you will and this one is titled, Metal Machines.

                                    The metal machines move, mashing,

                                    gleaming, reaming blades all gnashing

                                     – a million daggers slashing,

                                     slicing, tearing, digging, thrashing –

and chains that strike home smashing.

                                      like a billion forearms bashing;

                                      the victim stands alone.

                                      The victim’s skin flies, splashing,

his life before him, passing –

                                       – before his eyes all flashing –

                                       like a flaming film impassioned,

while the machine keeps fiercely crashing

through the skull and finally smashing

dead, bruised skin and splintered bone.

Meet The New Boss…He Has An Eye On You

     All Dear Friends and Foes,

Your Humble Narrator has noticed that Tom Corbett has been growing a third eye, which he plans to use in spying on people who say bad things about him…oops!

As we related in this blog a few months ago, our new Governor was sued by the American Civil Liberties Union recently – and lost, for trying to bully Twitter into giving up account information on two people who blogged about him.  Outgoing Governor Ed Rendell publicly stated that he found the behaviour of then-Attorney General Corbett to be reprehensible. We most heartily concur.

As someone who regularly posts negative things about the man, and as someone who is probably on his ‘list’ of detractors, my question is “What did he plan to do with those names and addresses?”...obviously, if you are willing to go through the trouble of breaking the law to summon Twitter execs before a Grand Jury, you must do something with the information. How is the retribution then dealt out by the agents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania?

While we are at it, what about the Pennsylvania Homeland Security Agency (ever hear of them before?) and the information they collect, mostly from blogs and emails, about people who make anti-government statements…like me???? What about me, Your Beloved Voice From the Page.

So, he lost and did not get the names and addresses. Now he is your Governor. He Governs you. It is your fault, unless you voted against him. Do not mention the $4,ooo a day which he got in campaign funding from the big gas (not ‘big ass’ – that is Gov. Cartman in NJ, Corbett’s admitted idol) and oil companies, or the officers in those oil companies, to whom he gave seats on his Cabinet!!! No, no, no!!!! That could get a blogger in a lot of trouble.

That third eye is not looking too friendly to me.

Gentle Readers…Potential Foul Language (but legal) Ahead. Proceed With Open Mind!

‘Woman Is The Nigger of the World’…John Lennon.

‘Baby, Baby, Baby Is A Rock N Roll Nigger’…Patti Smith

‘Cunt Is the Nigger of the Nouns’…Michael Hendrick

Now that I have your attention…

Why do we need to use shock language? Why was your Humble Narrator missing in action from blogland due to an increased intake of opiates? Why is this country (USA) awash in the ‘New Racism’?

If we avoid ‘dirty’ words, they become dirty by association.  Our Saint and Mentor Lenny Bruce proved that 50 years ago, right about when the staff at CSAFY was waking up to the world.

As a caucasian, I have been accused of racism simply for not agreeing with the so-called president. I visited an African American friend of mine the next day and told her about it and she said she is fed up with this juvenile fecundity, as well. It is the second or third time I was accused of racism this month. The people who accused me did not know that I lost the highest-paying job I ever had because I was working for redneck/upperclass fools at the Virginia Stage Company in Norfolk and refused to fire a woman I had hired to work in my department.  The owners of the VSC felt that a black woman was not capable of representing them on the telephone. I told them, ‘fuck you.’

The day they told me to get rid of her, I took her aside and gave her a cash bonus, even though she had no idea of the racist skullduggery which was afoot.  Months later, I was summoned to the Oak Room of the Algonquin Hotel In Manhattan and questioned about my pro-equality stance and summarily dismissed from my position for not being an oppressor of a 100 pound, five foot tall black woman who was a school teacher all her life and was as sweet a woman as one could ever meet.

That was the 80s and nigger was a bad word. Now it is only a bad word if white people use it. Reverse racism is gripping tooth and nail to the coat-tails of the extreme factions we are seeing in this, what used to be our country, and the lesson we learned from the civil rights demonstrations of the 1960s are long forgotten. White man bad…black man victim…

What does this have to do with cunts? Recent rulings in the state of Pennsylvania made such words legal to say in public, or even cajole the police with when they are trying to reason with you. If you recall, Freedom of Speech was once a Universal Right to all americans and now it is a joke. This is one very small victory in the fight to say what we wish to.

So the narcotics are wearing off. I had to take them because they made the K2 illegal and I can have all the opiates I want with no fear of reprisal. So, if you must blame a narcotic stupor for the lack of scholarly advice which normally oozes from this page, blame your Uncle Sam…or is it Uncle Osama?

Do I hate Obama because he is black, sorta? No! Do I hate NJ Gov. Chris “Buffet”Cartman Christie, who looks like he will be in the race to be out next leader (hahahahahahahaha)? Yes…I hate him because he is a fat, miserable fuck who is playing with the environment, not from his massive body mass and it’s affect on tides and orbit of the planet, but because he is a fucking idiot – like Obama! He is white, caucasian, whatever – he has so much skin that he could probably qualify for several different ethnicities, depending on where you take the skin from on his bloated carcass.  Do I hate General Tom Corbett, the other fat fuck who sold out his state for a million and a half dollars per cabinet position and will become ten times richer thanks to screwing the people who voted for him? Yes, I hate him and he is the same skin tone as I am.

So, if you hear inklings of racism at the office or market, do your best to shut the mouth of the ignorant fuckwit who said such irresponsible booshwah! Most of the racism is coming from the young because they are oppressed and have no chance in the rich man’s world of the USA. They will die under a bridge due to lack of ambition and want to blame me for being a capitalist.

Somebody wake up…Dear Readers, I know you are awake…but please try to waken a few others before the war of inequality swallows the USA before a Chinese bomb has a chance to wipe us out.

Wake somebody up and you will awaken a new sense of purpose in yourself…if you want one.

By the by, it was by pure coincidence and accident that I posted this on Martin Luther King Day. The lessons of Doctor King are being subordinated by feuds between white trashers and blacks with attitudes. It is the first battle in the Era of Class Warfare that our government is pulling this country into through flagrant ignorance of the Constitutional Rights of ALL citizens, no matter what colour, race or creed.

The Federal Register…Keep On Buying K2!!!

No funny pics today, kiddos, just hard news…or lack of it…please find below, Gentle Readers, the text of the Federal Register. It has not been updated since 11/24/2010, which means that all K2, Spice and JWH products are fully legal in those states which have not been so shortsighted as to ban them.

If you need a nap halfway through, snooze away. This stuff makes me sleepier than the K2 itself!!!!

Administrator that the placement of these synthetic cannabinoids into
Schedule I of the CSA is necessary to avoid an imminent hazard to the
public safety. Finalization of this action will impose criminal
sanctions and regulatory controls of Schedule I substances under the
CSA on the manufacture, distribution, possession, importation, and
exportation of these synthetic cannabinoids.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Background

The Comprehensive Crime Control Act of 1984 (Pub. L. 98-473), which
was signed into law on October 12, 1984, amended section 201 of the CSA
(21 U.S.C. 811) to give the Attorney General the authority to
temporarily place a substance into Schedule I of the CSA for one year
without regard to the requirements of 21 U.S.C. 811(b) if he finds that
such action is necessary to avoid imminent hazard to the public safety.
The Attorney General may extend the temporary scheduling up to six
months. A substance may be temporarily scheduled under the emergency
provisions of the CSA if it is not listed in any other schedule under
section 202 of the CSA (21 U.S.C. 812) or if there is no exemption or
approval in effect under 21 U.S.C. 355 for the substance. The Attorney
General has delegated his authority under 21 U.S.C. 811 to the
Administrator of DEA (28 CFR 0.100). The Administrator has redelegated
this function to the Deputy Administrator, pursuant to 28 CFR, appendix
to subpart R, section 12.
Section 201(h)(4) of the CSA (21 U.S.C. 811(h)(4)) requires the
Deputy Administrator to notify the Assistant Secretary for Health,
delegate of the Secretary of Health and Human Services, of her
intention to temporarily place a substance into Schedule I of the CSA.
Comments submitted by the Assistant Secretary for Health in response to
this notification, including whether there is an exemption or approval
in effect for the substance in question under the Federal Food, Drug
and Cosmetic Act, shall be taken into consideration before a final
order is published.
In making a finding that placing a substance temporarily into
Schedule I of the CSA is necessary to avoid an imminent hazard to the
public safety, the Deputy Administrator is required to consider three
of the eight factors set forth in section 201(c) of the CSA (21 U.S.C.
811(c)). These factors are as follows: (4) History and current pattern
of abuse; (5) The scope, duration and significance of abuse; and (6)
What, if any, risk there is to the public health.

Synthetic Cannabinoids

Synthetic cannabinoids have been developed over the last 30 years
for research purposes to investigate the cannabinoid system. No
legitimate non-research uses have been identified for these synthetic
cannabinoids. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration for human consumption. These THC-like synthetic
cannabinoids, 1-pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole (JWH-018), 1-butyl-3-(1-
naphthoyl)indole (JWH-073), 1-[2-(4-morpholinyl)ethyl]-3-(1-
naphthoyl)indole (JWH-200), 5-(1,1-dimethylheptyl)-2-[(1R,3S)-3-
hydroxycyclohexyl]-phenol (CP-47,497), and 5-(1,1-dimethyloctyl)-2-
[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]-phenol (cannabicyclohexanol; CP-47,497 C8
homologue), are so termed for their THC-like pharmacological
properties. Though they have similar properties to delta-9-
tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) found in marijuana and have been found to be
more potent than THC in animal studies. Numerous herbal products have
been analyzed and JWH-073, JWH-018, JWH-200, CP-47,497, and
cannabicyclohexanol have been identified in varying mixture profiles
and amounts spiked on plant material.

Factor 4. History and Current Pattern of Abuse

The emergence of these synthetic cannabinoids represents a recent
phenomenon in the designer drug market. Since the initial
identification of JWH-018 in December 2008, many additional synthetic
cannabinoids with purported psychotropic effects have been identified
in related products. The popularity of these THC-like synthetic
cannabinoids has greatly increased in the United States and they are
being abused for their psychoactive properties. Primarily found laced
on plant material, these synthetic cannabinoids are also being abused
alone as self-reported on Internet discussion boards. This abuse has
been characterized by both acute and long term public health and safety
problems. Even though there is no accepted use for these synthetic
cannabinoids, multiple shipments of JWH-018 and JWH-073 have been
intercepted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in 2010, with one
being in excess of 50 kilograms. Additionally, bulk loads of JWH-018
and JWH-200 have been seized by law enforcement in 2010. In Casper,
Wyoming, products seized in a raid, which were laced with synthetic
cannabinoids, were found in conjunction with illicit drugs.
The products containing these THC-like synthetic cannabinoids are
marketed as ``legal'' alternatives to marijuana and are being sold over
the Internet and in tobacco and smoke shops, drug paraphernalia shops,
and convenience stores. These synthetic cannabinoids alone or spiked on
plant material have the potential to be extremely harmful due to their
method of manufacture and high pharmacological potency. DEA has been
made aware that smoking these synthetic cannabinoids for the purpose of
achieving intoxication and experiencing the psychoactive effects is
identified as a reason for emergency room visits and calls to poison
control centers.
As of October 15, 2010, 15 states in the United States, European
and Scandinavian countries have controlled one or more of the synthetic
cannabinoids DEA is temporarily scheduling here.

Factor 5. Scope, Duration and Significance of Abuse

According to forensic laboratory reports, the first appearance of
these synthetic cannabinoids in the United States occurred in November
2008, when U.S. Customs and Border Protection analyzed ``Spice''
products. From January 2010 through September 2010, the National
Forensic Laboratory Information System, a national repository of drug
evidence analyses from forensic laboratories across the United States,
reported over 500 exhibits relating to these synthetic cannabinoids
from various States including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida,
Hawaii, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota,
Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South
Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Additionally, the American
Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC) has reported receiving
over 1,500 calls as of September 27, 2010, relating to products spiked
with these synthetic cannabinoids from 48 states and the District of
Columbia.

[[Page 71637]]

Factor 6. What, if Any, Risk There Is to the Public Health

    JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497, and cannabicyclohexanol share
pharmacological similarities with the Schedule I substance THC. Health
warnings have been issued by numerous state public health departments
and poison control centers describing the adverse health effects
associated with these synthetic cannabinoids and their related products
including agitation, anxiety, vomiting, tachycardia, elevated blood
pressure, seizures, hallucinations and non-responsiveness. Case reports
describe psychotic episodes, withdrawal, and dependence associated with
use of these synthetic cannabinoids, similar to syndromes observed in
cannabis abuse. Emergency room physicians have reported admissions
connected to the abuse of these synthetic cannabinoids. Additionally,
when responding to incidents involving individuals who have reportedly
smoked these synthetic cannabinoids, first responders report that these
individuals suffer from intense hallucinations. Detailed chemical
analysis by DEA and other investigators have found these synthetic
cannabinoids spiked on plant material in products marketed to the
general public. The risk of adverse health effects is further increased
by the fact that similar products vary in the composition and
concentration of synthetic cannabinoids(s) spiked on the plant
material.
Self-reported abuse of these THC-like synthetic cannabinoids alone
and spiked on plant material appear on Internet discussion boards.
According to self-reports, these substances are cannabis-like (or THC-
like) in their psychoactive effects and are more potent than THC in
this regard. The most common route of administration of these synthetic
cannabinoids is by smoking, using a pipe, water pipe, or rolling the
drug-spiked plant material in cigarette papers.
The marketing of products that contain one or more of these
synthetic cannabinoids is geared towards teens and young adults.
Despite disclaimers that the products are not intended for human
consumption, retailers promote that routine urinalysis tests will not
typically detect the presence of these synthetic cannabinoids.
Furthermore, a number of the products and synthetic cannabinoids
appear to originate from foreign sources and are manufactured in the
absence of quality controls and devoid of regulatory oversight. These
products and associated synthetic cannabinoids are readily accessible
via the Internet.
DEA has considered the three criteria for placing a substance into
Schedule I of the CSA (21 U.S.C. 812). The data available and reviewed
for JWH-073, JWH-018, JWH-200, CP-47,497, and cannabicyclohexanol
indicate that these synthetic cannabinoids each have a high potential
for abuse, no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United
States and are not safe for use under medical supervision.
Based on the above data, the continued uncontrolled manufacture,
distribution, importation, exportation, and abuse of JWH-018, JWH-073,
JWH-200, CP-47,497, and cannabicyclohexanol pose an imminent hazard to
the public safety. DEA is not aware of any recognized therapeutic uses
of these synthetic cannabinoids in the United States. As required by
section 201(h)(4) of the CSA (21 U.S.C. 811(h)), the Deputy
Administrator in a letter dated October 6, 2010, notified the Assistant
Secretary of Health of the intention to temporarily place five
synthetic cannabinoids in Schedule I.
In accordance with the provisions of section 201(h) of the CSA (21
U.S.C. 811(h)) and 28 CFR 0.100, the Deputy Administrator has
considered the available data and the three factors required to support
a determination to temporarily schedule five synthetic cannabinoids: 1-
butyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, 1-pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, 1-[2-(4-
morpholinyl)ethyl]-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, 5-(1,1-dimethylheptyl)-2-
[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]-phenol, and 5-(1,1-dimethyloctyl)-2-
[(1R,3S)-3-hydroxycyclohexyl]-phenol in Schedule I of the CSA and finds
that placement of these synthetic cannabinoids into Schedule I of the
CSA is necessary to avoid an imminent hazard to the public safety.
Because the Deputy Administrator finds that it is necessary to
temporarily place these synthetic cannabinoids into Schedule I to avoid
an imminent hazard to the public safety, the final order, if issued,
will be effective on the date of publication of the order in the
Federal Register. JWH-018, JWH-073, JWH-200, CP-47,497, and
cannabicyclohexanol will be subject to the regulatory controls and
administrative, civil and criminal sanctions applicable to the
manufacture, distribution, possession, importing and exporting of a
Schedule I controlled substance under the CSA. Further, it is the
intention of the Deputy Administrator to issue such a final order as
soon as possible after the expiration of thirty days from the date of
publication of this notice and the date that notification was
transmitted to the Assistant Secretary for Health.

Last Day Before K2 ‘Prohibition’ and What It Really Means

Dearest Friends and Fickle Foes, our government would have you think that the use of K2, Spice or even the big daddy of them all, cannabis itself, is no different that sticking a kitty in a microwave and pressing the button for ‘high.’

Nothing could be further from the truth and even the kitty in the nukerowave grew to full size and enjoyed a comfortable thirteen years of pampering once he got out of the oven.

Many people think that the K2 and JWH products are illegal as of tomorrow, however we have found that this is not the whole truth.

Gil the Shill, Obama’s mealy mouthpiece at the DEA, can file A Final Rule to Temporarily Control the substances in question anytime after tomorrow.  Funny how the Nazi’s always like to get that word ‘final’ in there. Once the rule is filed, a date will be determined and the BAN will go into effect. It is typical of america’s penchant for being controlled by media hype that tomorrow has been mistakenly identified as ‘the day it becomes illegal.’

Even if they announced the Rule today, practical government would require a warning period. Nobody ever said it would be illegal for sure, Gil simply notified us of the intent to do so. Now, the work has to be done…in a lame duck Congress no less. The way things have been going, there just may be issues that are more important to clear up before the end of the year and it is not hard to imagine this being pushed to the back burner. Afterall, it takes much heat off of the REAL drug war when a high number of medical marijuana users can find satisfaction (and quit making all that noise in the halls of legislature) in a legal fix-me-up. Don’t count on it, though.

So, as it stands, Gil still has to sign off on the Rule. This is Gil, who in recent months has admitted that the drug war is a failure and a big waste of money. He is doing this at the behest of Baccarat Obama, who is also a failure and a big waste of money.

What does this mean to us? Enjoy! Smoke ’em while you got ’em. The criminal underworld will come up with a handy solution, undoubtedly. It means that we should soon be hearing a date when JHW and K2 and other harmless, yes, harmless, substances will be made illegal. It will probably be all over the news tomorrow. Or maybe Gil is off smoking legal DC medical marijuana and baking brownies with it for the holidays, forgetting about we fiends who have to buy the fake stuff because we cannot afford to live in Washington, DC, where marijuana is legal.

I still bristle at that fact more than anything I blog about. The people who decide, the people who can take away the pain of millions of patients but do nothing because they are owned and controlled by cash from big pharma, can have legal pot anytime they want because they have an address in DC. What the fuck happened to the Pledge of Allegiance? What happened to ‘one nation under God’? Leaving God out of it, what the fuck happened to the one nation?

We are a nation divided in many way but the fastest growing divide is the one which will lead us to class warfare. It is the divide that allows rich politicians access to marijuana and other unmentionables, while they pass laws to keep the people who voted for them from having the same rights. Of course no politician cares about legal pot. To them, it is already legal…and that is what matters.  What also matters are the 190 million americans who smoke it on a regular basis. We are being ruled by a caste system, where we are the slave and the elected officials are our masters. And we elected them!!!! D-uuhhhhhhh!!!!

I think we need another Civil War. Watch what happens as the gap between rich and poor widens. How long can a people endure suffering before we rise up and strike at the masters, oppressors and wankers who think they know what is best for you and I.

So what does this all mean?

To me it means that I will keep smoking it until Gil stops me. I gave up on the idea of stockpiling the stuff. In fact, I cleaned my house, top to bottom, in a paranoiac fit. It is not secret that the state I live in monitors people who disagree with government. I am on the shitlist already. By removing all illegal items from my residence, I leave nothing for the DEA or any local law enforcement agancy to find. I am 100% legal. Any incursion by a fed across my doorstep will lead to a passel of lawsuits and news articles which is unprecedented to date. I do have guns. They are legal. I do have shells and bullets. They are legal. If anybody tries to enter my home with a doctored warrant, that is not legal.

Tomorrow, I shall visit the places where I made my purchases while I wrote this blog. I will try to get opinion of vendors and customers. Maybe, by then, the media will be abuzz with news from our dynamic drugwarrior, Gil the Shill.

Stay tuned…we still may have another month or two of legal K2 use. It will be legal until the Notice appears in the Federal Register.

Willie Nelson Wants a Teapot Party and It Is About Time!

     Fuzzy-headed Readers,

Instead of blogging today, we attach the latest news from Willie Nelson, well not the latest, exactly, because this item has been out for about a week. We agree with Willie and will  probably join his party. I have a feeling it will be ten times more effective than NORML has tried to be.  This is all new, since we have not yet read the details but, as we suggested in a previous blog (see December 2 blog), Willie has the power to put together a movement based on music and freedom. Like our buddy Bob Dylan, who put the Farm Aid bug in Willie’s ear, Willie has more fans than any standing (or lying or laying) President and has more power to change things in this torpid country, since he is not bound and gagged by a political party which is outdated and not in touch with those it is meant to serve.

We see that Willie set up a Facebook page for the party but only 922 people had joined so far but we hear that over 20,000 have joined the Teapot Party. A major concert and show of stars and cash support could be all it takes to make DC turnaround on the pot issue. Pols are good at keeping things from us but hate to miss a party…they might be badmouthed in their absence.

Go, Willie!…and while you are at it, maybe you can help all those young black and mexican men in the Texas and other states with archaic and sadistic laws.

Like Krazy Kat used to say…a tempest in a teapot!

In an exclusive to CelebStoner, Willie Nelson responded to his latest marijuana arrest in Texas by calling for a new political party: “There’s the Tea Party. How about the Teapot Party? Our motto: We lean a little to the left.”

Willie NelsonWhen Nelson’s tour bus was stopped at a border checkpoint in Sierra Blanca Friday morning, authorities smelled marijuana, searched the vehicle with K-9 dogs and found six ounces of marijuana. Nelson posted a $2,500 bond and was released four hours later.

“Tax it, regulate it and legalize it,” Nelson continued in his email to CelebStoner. “And stop the border wars over drugs. Why should the drug lords make all the money? Thousands of lives will be saved.”

Nelson has been arrested three times for marijuana – once before in Texas in 2005 and in Louisiana in 2006. The total number of Americans arrested for marijuana in 2009 was 858,408.

Write In On November 2. Spread The Word.

Dearest Dysfunctionals, as much as I enjoy a discourse on the subject of brain damaging materials and the related after-effects, it is more important to keep a ‘flea in the ear’ of all good people so that we are not all stuck with a couple of horse’s asses in the Governor’s seat when Ed Rendell leaves. By this time in two weeks, hopefully we will all have written in the name of Samuel E Rohrer of Berks County for the office.  It would be a great thing if Mr Rohrer wins, maybe, but this is more about a show of support and a raising of voice before the 2012 elections for president.

Talking heads are saying that Obama is losing his edge, as regards being saviour of the common liberal. I would look to an Independent or a Green Party runner but they are rather scarce. If someone is running for a seat and you do not even know the name, they are probably not much of a mover or a shaker, so to speak.

So as much as I do not want to see Onorato as our Governor, I want to see General Corbett in the seat even less. The lesser of two weasels is not a choice here. They are both rodents that want to take a bite out of us. My cartoon counterpart, Ignatz Mouse, takes umbrage at that remark but it was the first thing to come to mind.

If you are not convinced that neither of these men are worthy enough to carry water to a sick whore (thanks to Meg Whitman I can use the word whore without sexual connotations these days. Thanks, Meg!!!)

General Corbett has actually gone on record as saying that there are plenty of jobs in Pennsylvania but that people just don’t want to work until the unemployment well is totally drained. Corbett never made his bones in the real world. He did the military kiss ass thing and did dirty jobs for his superiors, probably until he had enough dirt on them to get promoted. We know that he likes to abuse the power of office but none of us think that it could happen to us, specifically. Big Brother is watching and he is a General now.

I am sorry to not have an inflammatory quote or statement to attribute to Dan Onorato to even things out. The thing is, he is so mean and hostile-looking that I do not even want to have to dig through the texts to find something. I heard enough during the debate. But look how he had his eyebrows ‘done’ to give him a sympathetic look….just check his recent pics online.
